REFUND POLICY

Know before you buy.

Effective 23 September 2026. Impact Studio is sold by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”) as Merchant of Record, and made and licensed by David Yousefi Hashtyani, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”).

The short version

Impact Studio is digital software, delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. There is no money-back guarantee: we do not offer refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is available under Polar’s buyer terms.

Before you buy

Please check that your Mac meets the requirements: an Apple Silicon Mac with macOS 15 or later, at least 16 GB of unified memory (32 GB recommended) and 40 GB of free storage. Impact Studio is a standalone app, not an AU or VST plugin. If you are unsure, email us before you buy.

Buying in the EU or the UK

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, if you agree. At checkout you ask for immediate access to Impact Studio and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once your license is delivered. This does not affect your legal rights if Impact Studio is faulty or not as described.

If something is not working

Email contact@dyaudiomx.com with the email you bought with or your order number, your Mac model and macOS version, and what happened. Please never send your full license code. We will work with you to get Impact Studio running. If we cannot fix the problem and the law or Polar’s buyer terms entitle you to a refund, we will arrange it through Polar.

Payments, receipts and disputes

Polar processes your payment and issues your receipt, so questions about charges, receipts, invoices or tax go to Polar at support@polar.sh. Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Polar under its buyer terms. Please contact us or Polar first, so we can put things right quickly; your rights with your card issuer are not affected.

When a purchase is refunded

If a purchase is fully refunded, or reversed through a chargeback, the license ends and we deactivate it, so Impact Studio stops working on your Macs the next time they check the license online. While a payment dispute is open, the license may be suspended. Polar issues any refund, normally to the payment method you used.
